Here is a quick video to answer a mailing list subscribers question. The subscriber asks, "What should my cattle look like before I take them to slaughter?" Many have asked the question in a bit of a different way; "What does a grass finished animal look like?" This video will show you examples of grass finished/fat cattle and some that are in the process and why they are not yet finished. Grassfed cattle and grassfed beef should be worth a premium; when you finish your animals like this, it will be. 🙂
