Humane Animal Handling

I was honored to speak at a conference with Dr. Temple Grandin this summer and enjoyed meeting her and her talk.  Dr. Grandin has just come out with a new video on humane meat processing and handling, specifically about turkey handling and processing.  The video is not too long and very informative.  The more humane animal handling and processing is discussed, the more aware people will be which will only increase the demand for the meat we raise.  Enjoy this video by Dr. Temple Grandin.
